If you’ve already submitted an application, help us assist you more efficiently by including the traveler’s name and the email address used for the application in your email. For those with multiple applications, kindly provide the requested details for each traveler or applicant.

When emailing us, be sure to include the traveler’s full name, email address, and purchase date. For multiple applications, please provide this information for each applicant. Note that contacting your bank or credit card company may result in additional delays.
