Upon arrival at your designated port of entry in the United States, you will be greeted by a United States Customs and Border Protection officer.
It is important to note that you are required to waive your rights to question, protest, or contest the judgment of the US Customs and Border Protection officer. This includes any decisions related to your removal from the U.S. based on a Visa Waiver Program application.
Additionally, you must relinquish the right to challenge or appeal any removal orders issued by the United States stemming from Visa Waiver Program applications.
Upon disembarkation in the United States, you will be required to provide the necessary biometric data, which may include fingerprints or photographs.
Furthermore, it is essential to ensure compliance with all Visa Waiver Program requirements during previous admissions to the U.S.
